Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.


Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.


Do you offer drop-shipping?
No, we do not offer drop-shipping at this time.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes as long as the package is accepted by USPS.


What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
If your package is damaged during transit, you must provide clear photos of the damage in order to file a claim and request a resolution.

For all other concerns, please note that we take photos of items prior to shipment as proof of condition.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.


Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
No, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Do you offer free shipping?
No, free shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.


How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS transit times.


How fast will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on the item.


What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.


Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
