At Bougie Baddies Budgets, we want you to love every item you purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before completing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 24 hours of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it.

Unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Must include receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Returns must be mailed to our return address (provided after your request is approved).
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage caused by the postal carrier: A photo is required to file a claim.

All other items: We provide photos of your product before shipping, so those are considered final unless damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Used, worn, or opened items

Items not in original packaging

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please:

Submit a return request.

Once approved, ship the item back.

Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
